You will be a senior professional responsible for managing a cluster of
business accounts, in addition, to fully leading a team that is charged with an
agreed mini P+L target
You will also be the point of reference for counsel /insights that seek to grow
clients’ brands and Agency revenue, and related value addition to the core
Client Service
Naturally, this position assumes the driving seat role for internal teams to
efficiently manage existing relationships alongside processing pitches and
tenders as well as mapping new opportunities presented from RFP’s under
the guidance of the unit’s CSD
As the client’s point of contact and voice, you will drive the strategic thinking
for the brands under your watch, drawing and mining insights from the
agency’s planning team as well as other internal and client-prescribed
research partners
You will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of advertising & design
workings, pre-production (print) and TV and radio production processes
Supervise the management of client relationships by AMs/AEs on a day-to-day level and supports where necessary. Work closely with the CSD and the rest of the Account Management teams to support them in addressing client issues proactively, towards ensuring the sustained achievement of the client’s strategic communication and business objectives
Has proven ability to write and edit quality documents, lead presentations to clients, lead in the implementation of communications strategies, and prudent management of client budgets
