Job Description

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Develops digital and content strategies for current client portfolio and pitches
• Ensures that all Thematic and Tactical Strategies for all clients are well conceptualized, insightful (data driven) and bear the right measurement indicators
• Actively participates in Client meetings to ensure all strategies and campaigns are well articulated in conjunction with the respective teams
• Proposes original ideas and executes as per client need
• Monitoring, evaluation and reporting of digital campaigns
• Writes clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice for digital content e.g., for content calendars
• Prepares weekly/ monthly content calendars within agreed timelines for assigned Clients
• Regularly reviews content to ensure it’s unique, up-to-date and engaging
• Proactively proposes new interesting campaigns to make sure client pages stay fresh
• Adapts Above-the-Line (ATL) campaigns/ concepts for use on digital
• Devises and implements community communication initiatives and tracks community growth
• Interprets digital copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
• Thoroughly proofreads and edits all copy
• Uses SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
• Sources images and other content for presentation purposes
• Prepares articles from knowledge of topic and editorial position of publication, supplemented by additional study and research
• Analyzes past social performance and gives suggestions for improvement
• Engages in social listening and conversation management
• Reports on progress of the social media pages and develops accurate progress reports monthly
• Stays up-to-date with developments/trends and generates new ideas to draw the audience’s attention
• Conducts high-quality research and gathers insights
• Collaborates with the team to conceptualize and execute digital campaigns
