Online marketing research on customer feedback survey 2022
Kenya School of Government, Mombasa wanted to conduct an online marketing research on customer feedback survey. I structured and circulated questions online to KSG’s clients. After my review, I identified the gaps and made recommendations to address these gaps through new approaches on courses, research, consultancy, advisory, conference and accommodation services. The main objective was to help KSG, Mombasa position and communicate its brand better so as to earn competitive advantage in the market.
