Responsibilities: a) Agency and Property Management • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. • Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings. • Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services. • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers. • Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated. • Responsible for developing promotional strategies and steering their implementation to generate quality leads for all sales segments. • Promote products and services and content over social media in line with the company’s marketing plan and goals. b) Valuation Services • Solicit for valuation jobs from existing and new customers. • Organize for partnerships with the banks for valuation jobs. • Work together with the valuation team to deliver an excellent service. • Receive proper documentation – copy of the title, letter of instructions. • Handle clients – communicate, receive instructions etc.
• Creating brand and product awareness by maintaining communication with industry professionals. • Managing and assisting the sales team to ensure sales targets are met. • Managing the marketing, advertising and sponsorships processes. • Setting up and attending industry professionals’ presentations to introduce our product range and get plans for design / quotation purposes. • Identifying new opportunities through property magazines, newspapers and the internet in search of new opportunities. • Training marketing assistants and consultants. • Creating and spearheading E-marketing tools I.e.
